Port of San Francisco Planning and Environment Deputy Director Diane Oshima and Port Development Project Manager David Beaupre discuss the Waterfront Plan update, presented in June 2019. In this conversation with an introduction from Port Executive Director Elaine Forbes, Diane and David describe the Plan and its goals and recount the many public conversations and important partnerships that went into creating the document.
